Re-Ordering
If you have ordered from us before and would like to place a re-order, please send an email to sales@efpromotions.com with the following information:
Company Name, Contact Name, Phone #, Style #, Quantity, Zip Code
Please verify there are no changes in your imprint information since your last order. Example (area code, suite#)
If everything is EXACTLY the same as your last order, please specify "EXACT RE-ORDER".
As long as your last order was placed within the past three years, we will have your art information on file.
Making Changes
You must notify us if there are any changes to your contact information (phone, ship to address), item #, size, quantity, and/or imprint information. Please include specific details regarding the changes. If you would like a proof, request it to be either faxed, emailed or mailed.

When faxing or mailing your order, be sure to include up to five lines of custom imprint information, as well as the product number and quantity. - What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Will I pay sales tax?

Only orders shipped within New York State will be charged sales tax. If you are in NYS and are tax exempt, you will need to provide us with an exemption certificate.
- Can you imprint my company logo in the imprint area?

Absolutely. We can print your logo in the specified imprint area if you provide us with original black and white camera ready artwork. We cannot reproduce it from business cards, letterhead, stickers, photocopies or fax copies. The original artwork must be mailed to us.
- Can I change the design or colors?

The items shown are stock designs. In most cases we do have other designs and colors available. Please contact us for other suggestions.
- Can you print my company logo instead of the designs shown?

Yes, printing custom design bags is our specialty.
